We live here and it is amazing. Our home is awesome, There are activities for anything and everything a person could want. It is as safe as any place can be these days. The golf courses and ground So far we love it. People are friendly and plenty to do. More than 60 different groups. Very happy with her Del Webb home! Ocala, FL January 28, The innovative house design and quality fit of trim leads to a warm feeling of home. They did a fantastic job selling and building our home. We haven't had any issues at all, except our freezer in the refrigerator stopped working after about 6 weeks, but that is a whirlpool problem, not Del Webb.
Our saleslady was wonderful. Very patient and kind and helpful. They don't push here at all. Very professional. Our field manager was also wonderful and sent us tons of info while the home was being constructed.

He updated us constantly with pictures and emails. He also let us come inspect the home anytime we wanted to while it was under construction. Its location on this page may change next time you visit. In the beginning before they had our money it was a great experience. Once they had it, it became pretty bad, pretty quick. Never heard from our salesperson after we signed until the day I walked into the office and the 1st thing out of his mouth was "you're in default".
Well that was not true, and if it had been why didn't he call. So I complained and we were switched to a very nice lady. She was great all the way through. We used Pulte Mortgage and all was good until almost 2 months into the process when after trying over and over to talk to our lender she calls out of the blue and says we now do not qualify due to something in our taxes.
Almost a month before we were approved through underwriting with conditions. Those taxes were uploaded to their storage site 3 days before our 30 day lending deadline. So you would think they would return our earnest money since in essence, they were negligent and did not notify us promptly.
Had they done that, we would have cancelled and they would have had to return our earnest money. So now, because of their negligence and mistakes they are refusing to return our money. I have tried being nice and not so nice but nothing works since they just do not care.
I realize we are in the right, but the bottom line is they are so big with powerful lawyers that you can try and fight them for your money but good luck. Of course that is just my opinion and I am sticking to it. Pulte Mortgage now just ignores my emails, and phone calls. We have proof of the date of the disqualifying document with a picture of it sitting in their online storage area with a date stamp beside it.
We have even sent emails to the CEO with no replies. Not even one. Run the other way because you will not win. We are building a home in Creekstone subdivision in Buckner. Every step of the way they do a great job cleaning up the house and area.

I bought inwhen I was sold a community with 10 condos with 32 units each, as well as many more carriage homes. The condo I purchased was to have been across the street from the activity center.
We paid top dollar for this. The community has been completely changed. Very little that was represented to us has materialized as presented. Suffice it to say that we are NOT satisfied, but to belabor this with addtional detail, would most likely not be particularly constructive, since the developer is going to do whatever it wishes anyway. Contact me again if more elaboration is truly desired. Physical aspects of the development are mostly good.
However, I have had a waranty issue that goes unanswered because resolving it might cost Pulte money. It appears that anything not to Pulte's advantage goes unheard. I might have to address my concerns via litigation in the absence of dialogue. We deeply regret that the pool is so extremely limited to our non-adult guests. I would love to enjoy the pools, both indoor and outside, with my grandchildren when they come to visit. I understand limiting the hours for children in the morning or times popular for resident fitness.
But, why restrict children during the times when the pool is usually empty? We have brought out-of-town friends over to visit that may be interested in Del Webb, but they are turned off by children not welcome in the pools.
We had an experience that our 10 year old granddaughter was allowed to sit with us by the outdoor pool, but not allowed to swim. Everyone by the pool side encouraged her to jump in and have fun. All the residents pool side had no problem with her swimming. I would recomment more pool times open to children.
For safty it would be understandable to have adults in the pool with any child along with resident. The current restriction of extreme limitation of hours to use he pool by children is one of the biggest regrets that I have about the community. I would like to see the hours extended.
I love the community, but at the same time, realize how much better it could be. They can't relate or care about our issues. This causes damage to our community, which as home owners, we have to repair. We really like living here After being in our home for 3 months, we've noticed it is quite dark inside, and neighbors have also mentioned this. Wish Willow Bend had a entry coat closet, esp for guests. The space and traffic flow are just fine and really like the walk-in closet in the guest room.

On Feb 13th final walk thru we pointed out that the sliding glass door did not operate properly. That was supposed to have been fixed. Now Anna in Lennar are scam artists. If one is looking for a custom-built abode with premium features and the expectation of unmatched qualityperhaps they need to purchase from a custom builder.
I have complained to customer service via telephone. She said they could not do anyrthing abour it and hung up. Terrible customer service They have very poor workmanship, and their customer service is useless, they will dismiss major issues with the home as "normal", or minor or simply as things they have no intension to fix.

I'm talking about a brand new home with foundation issues and AC issues. I had to fight tooth and nail with No one ever fixed the issue, even though they took our moneyand now I am being told I have to wait two months before they will even think of addressing it. I don't care what's going on - I just want what I paid for!!!. But I do and I have already hired an attorney and have made a demand for my earnest money to be refunded. Because of this, I don't need your help but many people do so we would all appreciate public pressure on Lennar and other builders to do the right thing.
